Review Request: modification to get all possible informations at debuging

Review request for kdelibs.

Description
To get all the possible informations at debuging, I think it is more appropriate to make a change at the "DEBUG"-variables defined at FimdKDE4Internal.cmake

Diffs
cmake/modules/FindKDE4Internal.cmake 26fc31a

Please don't commit this.

Use debugfull if you want no optimizations (e.g. for step-by-step in gdb).

-O0 is the default if no other -O option is passed to the compiler.

I am missing the option -O0 . man g++ says:
-O0 Reduce compilation time and make debugging produce the expected results.
At debug time, I would prefer to have all the informations.

I can remember there were multiple discussions about how these flags should be set, and I think the conclusion was that we want to have -O2 for debug builds.
