Advice on module writing

I've had a look at the domain modules and organic groups and neither
seems to do what I want.

What I want is to create a domain/site structure like this:
widgiemootha.example.org,
wiluna.example.org,
witchcliffe.example.org
wagin.example.org
wyalkatchem.example.org
<a href="http://www.example.org" title="www.example.org">www.example.org</a>
birdiya.example.com

Membership between all sites will be shared, but individuals might not
actually be members of any particular site.

Drupal's multisite allows sharing tables and so membership.

Array to string conversion in ...

Following the video at <a href="http://modulesunraveled.com/organic-groups" title="http://modulesunraveled.com/organic-groups">http://modulesunraveled.com/organic-groups</a>, I
installed og, entity and other modules our coach forgot to mention as
necessary, and followed his instructions to create a new content type,
"group," and alter the existing content type "article."

Following that, I get these errors:
Notice: Array to string conversion in InsertQuery_pgsql->execute() (line
42 of /srv/www/drupal/drupal-7.14/includes/database/pgsql/query.inc).
Notice: Array to string conversion in InsertQuery_pgsql->execute() (line

drupal.org

I suppose this is a kind of support matter....

I had some difficulties yesterday, trying to login to drupal.org.

Concurrently I was having difficulties with my computer, absolutely
nothing to do with drupal.org, but exacerbating the first and adding
greatly to my frustrations - I had three browsers open, each gobblihg
over 1 Gbyte of memory and the system (Debian stable, HAH!) is often
sleepy after waking from its hibernation, giving me response times of
tens of minutes.

Drupal.org and I had different ideas about what my password is, so I
followed the "forgotten password" routine.

Drupal 6 Menus don't work for me

I have a new drupal site and I've tried to configure drop-down menus in
the <primary-links> area. I can only see the top-level menus, whether
I'm an administrator or a mere visitor.

I've googled, watched videos and stuffed around for over a day.

The vid at <a href="http://js.id.au/DrupalMenusProblem.ogv" title="http://js.id.au/DrupalMenusProblem.ogv">http://js.id.au/DrupalMenusProblem.ogv</a> shows what I have and
how well it works.

It's an OGG video, Linux users should have no problems. Windows users,
say here whether you can see them.

The vid's about 2.7 Mbytes and runs for a whisker short of a minute. Any
ideas?

Difficulty creating content

Note, I have discovered a workaround with which I can live in the
process of writing this email.
