Re: [users@httpd] mirror a html site

Not sure why it is marked as spam from your system, i will investigate.

I apologize if someone felt bothered by my mistake. Some lists show the list and the replier email addresses when you reply.

I will whip myself after dinner.

mirror a html site

Hello all,

Not sure if this is the best mailing list to drop this question, but
probably some users here might have a similar issue.

A hosting company with their builder tool created a static html site
that can´t be downloaded.

I am trying to mirror that site but some assets (CSS, Javascript) are
from external sources (CDNs).

I have tried several options with wget but the resulting files are not
browsable without creating a structure of folders for each domain
downloaded (the original <a href="" title=""></a> and the folders for the cdn)
which ends up having an ugly URL
<a href="" title=""></a>

ssl offloading behind a proxy

Dear all,

I am using Apache to offload SSL to non-ssl Apache running behind a
Varnish server. I do that with proxypass. Everything running WHM in a
Centos 6.8 server.

I do that because Varnish doesn´t manage HTTPs requests so you need a
Proxy SSL (Nginx, Pound or Apache - as I did myself).

I am using a script here:

<a href="" title=""></a>

to pipe logs to Apache/WHM access logs.

All the requests that are proxied and hit the backend are logged in
non-ssl access logs.

rewrite in .htaccess

Hi all,

I´m having issues with a migration to a new domain redirecting all
URLs to the new domain.

My .htaccess looks like this:

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule .

Re: [users@httpd] Virtual Host Not working

I always have used either the ip address or the wildcard * in the virtualhost directive.

Have you checked the logs?
