Privacy policy of Gnome apps

Hello all,
I have read the gnome privacy page: <a href="" title=""></a>
The privacy policy applies for Gnome Foundation’s general operations, supporter program, websites and events as stated on the web page.
There is no mention privacy policy of Gnome apps.

Is there any general privacy policy for Gnome apps?
Should one contact individual Gnome app developer for that specific application's privacy policy?

Thank you.

Multiple Process/Application Instances

I am running GNOME 3.22.2 on a recently installed Debian 9 system. When
I have a process, an xterm or emacs for example, in one workspace and
then switch to another workspace and click on the emacs or xterm icon, I
get kicked back to the first workspace. I did discover that if I do
that to an xterm a little dropdown appears at the screen top. When I
select the dropdown the menu item "new" appears among others, and when I
select it I get a new xterm instance.

colse caption or subtitles

when is gnome going to have support for close caption or subtitles for the deaf or hard of hearing .

Rename terminal/terminal tabs

Hey guys/gals,

I'm sure you've been asked this countless times but is there an effective
way to name terminals or terminal tabs?

I have tried added the following to . bashrc

Then set title by: Kali> set-title "new terminal title"

The only issue with this is after I name a new terminal and copy and paste
a string into the terminal it behaves strangely and the text wraps around
and ultimately can't execute the function.

"application not responding"

Hello group,

is there any way to disable these messages "... not responding".
It's really annoying, some applications just need time to compute. E.g.
importing large amounts of data in gnucash or openoffice.
and is this a bug: Usage of the mouse on the specific desktop is
limited if this message is shown (is that a bug? I had this issue since
openSUSE Leap 42.3). cannot click any buttons/menus, mid click paste,
scroll using wheels..
