I hope altermime author could read this.

Some mail servers sends emails with invalid quoites, like this:

To: Complete Name <'user at domain'>

Look quoites. Postfix works okay with that and it can deal but altermime
breaks. I know this is a bug of altermime, but I wonder if there is a way to
workarround this with postfix.

I wonder if anyone has a link of could explain in detail differences on may
chackin between all *_check options. Mainly header_check, header_mime_check &
body_check. I'm getting confussing

we are putting a foot in every email using altermime as a pipe daemon, how
ever outlook is clamming that all mails are phising.

Here is my altermime definition from master.cf:
altermime unix - n n - 3 pipe
user=mail argv=/etc/mail/altermime.sh --verbose

Any comment?

As I've set up postfix+amavisd with content_filter option, I'd like to have some
exceptions, some users wont passed to amavisd, instead next-hope will be
forwarded,

Is there a easy way to do this?

to let them to work with already postfix installation.

I'm trying to install postfix in next computer:

256 MB ram
Pentium MMX 400 Mhz
No swap (i'm buying a disk, but for now there is nt)

Is there any recommendation on how may I tun postfix to work better?
