You can start by clicking on reply/reply to all and see if that
changes anything (I use GMAIL at work to send to this list, with no
problems in threading (so far) ) by just clicking on reply

It gets worse if you download it at that speed, and have to pay for
every GB used. Over here where I live thats the equivalent of 38 USD
per GB. That totals 190 USD, for the download of 1 DVD. I am glad that
ubuntu still offer their product on CD, its cheaper for me to download
:)

Ok if I read this correctly, then it looks like you are looking at a
bridged OSI layer 2 tunnel. All the tunnels I have built so far is OSI
layer 3 tunnels. If you want I can quickly start up 2 VBoxes to go
through with you in creating a l2 tunnel.

Hi all

I have a quick trick question.

I have here an IBM Gen2 half height tape drive which I am trying to
get to work. Do you have any suggestions? I tried looking at IBM's ftp
server (which is very slow and broked), and the only modules there is
SuSE and RHEL source rpms :S

I am unable to find a module in the apt repository (unless I am as
blind as a bat).

I have a small problem here (I may have just overlooking something here)

I have a ubuntu 9.10 server here. On it I do web proxing through one
provider, and mail through another.

I had it set up with one NIC and it worked (in my testing
environment).

Hi all

Funny thing happened this morning. Yesterday I install ubuntu server
on a server. This morning when I tried to log on, I completely forgot
what I made the username AND password :S I have a fair idea, I placed
a capital where there should not be one.

Is there any way I can get into the recovery console with grub2
(without logging in to change the settings)?

Anybody got me another idea?

btw, I know I can reinstall but that is work, and I am lazy :)

replying to myself (again I am starting to think that I am going crazy,
talking to myself like this).

I managed to fix this problem of mine, I just installed btnx, it let me
change the way all my buttons function, however I am not sure if both
the changes made it happen (eg the one I mentioned earlier) or if all
the honor goes to btnx. I would be greatfull if someone else could check
as I am tired now, and going to sleep.

Hi all

I was wondering if you could help me.

I have a Logitech RX250 but its missing some of its functionality (I
cant use the tilting in the wheel). Got any ideas? I tried googling
and came upon a site that said I should modify xorg.conf, which I did.
However after that I had to remove my xorg.conf due to problems (but
not in the edit I did, I kinda made a boo-boo with nvidia drivers
etc....) and I cant find the site again :(.
