1. It's incompatible with PHP 4 per #732096: 6.16 update/install WSOD

Earlier today I released Push Up The Web [1] for Drupal. Like many other
modules, it requires download of an external library (in this case
pushup.jquery). I did not copy the library to the cvs repository because
